Meda, a non-profit that serves Minnesota entrepreneurs, with a focus on entrepreneurs of color, announced the July 30 appointment of Christina Nebel-Dickerson as the Director of the Minnesota Procurement Technical Assistance Center (MN PTAC).
“I have consistently been impressed with Christina’s professionalism and excellent work ethic, as well as her contributions to her program and Meda as a whole. Christina brings a wealth of knowledge of the government procurement industry and will continue to be an exceptional manager and leader of her team,” said Gary L. Cunningham, Meda President and CEO.
MN PTAC helps all Minnesota businesses navigate through the intricacies of obtaining federal, state and local government contracts by offering one-on-one counseling; assistance with registrations and certifications; training; and a bid match search service.
Christina has worked with MN PTAC in various positions for the past 20 years and has held the position of Central Minnesota Area Manager for the past 15 years; she currently holds the certification as a Certified Contracting Assistance Specialist (CCAS). She has a passion for the small business community and feels strongly about MN PTAC’s role in educating and assisting companies with their government contracting efforts. Christina has been a member of the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers for 20 years and is also a member of the National Contract Management Association.
A native of Minnesota, Christina and her family currently reside in St. Cloud, where she enjoys giving back through volunteering activities at her church and in the community. In her free time she enjoys reading and cooking.
