Time Commitment

  • At least 3 months

    Mentors are required to commit to the program for at least 3 months. The duration can be extended longer if both mentor and mentee agree.

  • 1-2 times a month

    Mentor and mentor are recommended to meet 1-2 times a month for 30-60 minutes per meeting.

  • 2-6 hours committed

    Estimated time commitment per month for optimal results development.

Who ARE THE MENTEES?

 
  • BIPOC Entrepreneurs are in the exploration stage, start-up stage, and some in the growth stage.

  • Typically, have been in business for less than 2 years

  • Have 1-2 employees.

  • Mentees are provided with mentee resources to help them understand their needs and will assist in guiding your mentoring efforts.
