    Owning commercial real estate provides BIPOC business owners independence and security. MEDA provides access to funding for commercial real estate with conventional lending, SBA products, or other creative packages.

  • SBA -- Products

    The Small Business Administration provides tools for entrepreneurs to build and scale successful businesses without the need for the substantial equity required by financial institutions. MEDA funds Community Advantage as well as 504 loans.

  • Loan Packaging & -- Bonding Assistance

    MEDA’s consultants can assist in developing a loan package to present to potential funders, which may or may not include the MEDA loan program.
